So while at Uni this semester I have been able to try a lot more with my photography. The next major step for me was to work with agency represented models. While experimenting with the theme "sport luxe" - this is exactly what I did. I have worked with some incredibly talented ladies over the past few weeks and I can't wait to show you the end result! More coming soon.  

Indulge with Chocolate

I've always been intrigued by food photography and while I have worked on it a bit in the past, these last couple of weeks I've really taken a stab at it. For a uni assignment we were set the task to take photos of any kind of food, so of course I chose chocolate! And with my friend Kate (check out some of her work here) this is what we came up with. 

Now while the food we took photos of in the image above were of things that were already made, I thought you guys might enjoy a couple of chocolate recipes that you could try out yourselves.

Riverside

Here is inspiration for my latest concept titled - "Riverside." For this shoot, I am inspired by the beautiful landscape to create something truly awe-inspiring. Think lace and pastel colours, cool tones and a feminine model.

I was lucky enough to find a great vintage store to help me with the styling for this shoot. They are called Global Vintage Collective and you should all definitely go and check them out. I am looking forward to sharing with you the final results.

Paris Photo Diary

It has taken a while, but finally I am able to share with you some of my favourite snaps from my trip to Paris in June. What an incredible experience it was! I spent two weeks in Paris with 30 other people I had only ever met once or twice before. I went as part of a Study Tour through my uni - and I am so glad I did. Not only was every day spent discovering new parts of Paris, learning about it's history and it's culture, but I also had the opportunity to meet some truly incredible people who I know I will be friends with for life.

I thought I would share this image with you. It was taken by the very talented Kate Marriott, and also a good friend of mine. I am excited that I get to work with her in the next few weeks doing food photography. We are planning to collaborate for some assignments at uni and it is always great to work with others to try something you haven't done before.
